The Karrick and Lollin building is located in Salt Lake City Utah. This historic structure underwent full interior and exterior restoration. It sat vacant for many years until the owners began full restoration and modernization.
Work included full exterior masonry restoration and structural upgrades, including a new interior elevator structure and steel interior structural bracing. The exterior included all new storefront windows, full facade restoration, lintels, stone, bricks and decorative embellishments. The work performed returned this historic structure into an eye catching addition to the downtown redevelopment project.
