The Robert A Grant Federal Building and US Courthouse was constructed in 1933 and is located in South bend, Indiana. The exterior is clad in Indiana limestone and Vermont granite.
Work on this historic structure included full mortar joint replacement on 100% of the exterior, exterior limestone and granite replacement, stone patching and dutchman repairs, epoxy injection and sealant removal and replacement. Our work also included gold gilding of the exterior carved lettering of the limestone, exterior stainless steel integrated gutter replacement, CCTV replacement and repair and replacement of interior wall historic finishes following replacement of roof drain leaders on the interior walls. The exterior of the structure was also cleaned and sealed.
